CANCELLATION/DEPOSIT POLICY 

Because everyone’s time is equally valuable, to be respectful to all of our clients, the new cancelation and deposit policy will be effective immediately.

Our Deposit system withdrawals out of your account, which you will need to provide your card details when booking your appointment.

We require a deposit of 50% for service you are booking, which will be credited towards your total service.

 

Under any circumstance you may need to cancel, we require 24 hours notice minimum. Any cancelation made prior to 24 hour of your appointment time, will be rescheduled and your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment. The rescheduled appointment must be made within 4 weeks of your original appointment date, failing to do so will result in your deposit being forfeited.

Cancelation made less than 24 hours of your appointment time will result in your deposit being forfeited with no exceptions.

 

We do not refund ANY deposits.

 

We stress that moving forward, any last minute cancellations or no show will not be tolerated.
